Board Information
The Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee is comprised of citizen members. The Committee reviews Orders issued under Strathcona County Bylaws and the Municipal Government Act, but not Orders issued pursuant to Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act or the Strathcona County Land Use Bylaw. The Bylaw Enforcement Order Review Committee is established by Strathcona County Bylaw 45-2021 (pdf).
